I offer two ways to work together, across the areas I focus on most, in person at my two Los Angeles offices and online across California.

How to get started

The first step is a free 15-minute consultation, a short, no-pressure conversation to see if we're a fit. Sessions are 50 minutes and $200. I'm an out-of-network provider and can give you a superbill for possible reimbursement, and sliding-scale slots are sometimes available.

Common questions

I offer individual therapy for adults and couples therapy, focusing on anxiety, grief and loss, addiction and substance use, LGBTQ+ concerns, and life transitions. My approach is collaborative and grounded in person-centered and mindfulness-based work.

Both. I have offices in Larchmont Village and on Melrose Avenue near West Hollywood, and I see clients online anywhere in California.

Sessions are 50 minutes and $200 for both individual and couples therapy. I'm out-of-network and can provide a superbill, with sliding-scale slots sometimes available.

Not sure which service fits?

That's exactly what the free consultation is for. We'll talk it through together.
