Your mind won't stop, even when you're exhausted

Anxiety can be loud or quiet. Sometimes it's racing thoughts and a pounding chest. Sometimes it's the low, constant hum of what-ifs that never quite switches off.

The fear and worry can be overwhelming, and they can stop you in your tracks. But it doesn't have to stay this way.

Understanding the worry, then loosening its grip

We don't just try to muscle the anxiety away. We get curious about it, what sets it off, what it's trying to protect you from, and the patterns that keep the cycle spinning.

The goal isn't a life with zero anxiety, which isn't realistic for anyone. It's getting to where anxiety stops running your decisions and your days.

Common questions about anxiety therapy

Anxiety therapy is talk therapy focused on understanding and reducing chronic worry, fear, and the physical tension that comes with them. It helps you identify what drives your anxiety and build practical tools to manage it.

Anxiety often has a cause that isn't obvious on the surface, like an old pattern, an unprocessed stressor, or a nervous system stuck in high alert. Part of the work is gently uncovering what's underneath, so it stops feeling random.

Stress is usually a response to a specific, present pressure and eases once that pressure lifts. Anxiety tends to linger, often without a clear trigger, and can persist even when nothing is obviously wrong.

If worry, fear, or overthinking is interfering with your sleep, relationships, work, or daily life, therapy can help. You don't need a formal diagnosis to reach out.

Yes. Eco-anxiety is genuine distress related to environmental crisis and an uncertain future. It's an increasingly common experience, and it's a valid reason to seek support.

Sessions are 50 minutes and $200. I'm out-of-network and can provide a superbill for possible reimbursement, and sliding-scale slots are sometimes available.

You don't have to stay lost in the worry maze
